Wiley Purkey Live Painting Demonstration

A live painting oil painting demonstration. Wiley has been a regular participant in the annual Paint Out event in Historic Ellicott City. He has sometimes portrayed artists Winslow Homer and Vincent van Gogh while working in their styles.

This year, he is just going to paint from his imagination and attempt to paint 24 paintings over the course of the day. He will be painting on re-purposed record albums, allowing fifteen minutes per painting. The records will eventually have clock mechanisms installed and be for sale at Backwater Books. So stop by and see what happens... Can he do it???
